Open to all Australian residents except directors, officers, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies or Apco service stations associated with this competition.

There are two parts to the competition. A major prize draw and 4 weekly prize draws.All valid entries are entered into all draws.
Entries received online at www.winwithapco.com.au will be pooled and placed in a random electronic draw conducted at APCO Service Stations from valid entries received until end of promotion period. Total prize value of major and minor prizes is $10,000.

HOW TO ENTER
Purchase any APCO Café 24-7 coffee (hot beverage) from APCO – including small, regular or large and receive an entry token with a unique code.
Purchase a Café 24-7 coffee combo (any food combo that contains a Café 24-7 coffee) and receive a 2nd entry token.
Fill out the mandatory fields and enter the unique code on your entry token(EG: APCO Vespa 11234) online at www.winwithapco.com.au.
Entrants may enter multiple times per day provided that each entry is based on a separate eligible purchase. Customers receive an entry token for every coffee purchased either in the same transaction or a different transaction. (EG if 2 coffees purchased then customers are eligible for 2 entry tokens). Every valid entry must be with a new entry code. Customers receive two entry tokens for every food combo that contains a Café 24-7 coffee (e.g. if a customer buys an egg and bacon muffin and a coffee combo the customer is eligible for two tokens).
Winners will be notified by phone call and in writing by text message within two days of the relevant draw. The major prize winner will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the www.winwithapco.com.au Website from 1/6/2018 and for a period of 14 days thereafter. If prizes are not claimed within 48 hours of notification they will be regarded as unclaimed prizes and become forfeit.
A redraw, at the promoters discretion, will be conducted until a valid winner claims the prize.
The winner indemnifies APCO against liability for or in respect of any claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings, costs, expenses, loss, damage, injury or death of any person arising out of any incidents directly or indirectly involved with the prize and its award.
The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from all liability.
If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and to contact entrants in relation to the promotion via any media. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
By participating in the promotion, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants’ personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving its goods and services and, where an entrant has consented, to contact the entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide the entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages.
The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies and promotional partners who may contact entrants with special offers in this way. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting the Promoter. Entrants’ personal information may be stored within Australia at the office of the Promoter.
